Mata De CaÑa
Located 110 miles from Managua, it is a village of Villanueva, which is a municipality in Chinandega. It is a community of 70 houses, its population is around 400 people.

Our food program began

- Our water project was completed
- 8 acres of land were purchased for a pig farm, chicken farm and cattle.
- Students from Mata de Caña received computers, they will not travel anymore to another village to use internet and they will learn how to use computer skills.
- They also received science books, grammar books and mathematic books.

Medical Aid is provided throughout the year for all our villages.
