Bringing joy to the children in the rural communities around the holidays is an amazing opportunity. The children appreciate every gift they receive. We provide about 1,200 gifts. Each child is called by name to receive a gift of toys. The adults also receive gifts as they have worked hard all year in supporting the programs we have begun. These parties are full of fun for all we have Santa Claus, dancing and catered meals. The people get to enjoy a meal from their chosen restaurant, usually a fast food place as they normally have to travel far for this type of meal. But these parties are more than just gifts and food these parties are our way of thanking and celebrating the hard work of the people in the rural communities, they spend all year working hard towards a brighter future.
